Policy Consulting for e-vehicle in Indonesia
Based on the data collection of Indonesia Business-As-Scenario (BAU) will be calculated and an
alternative scenario will be derived. These will be analyzed and compared with the existing one
to optimize the implementation of e-Vehicles. Also in 2022, charging component of the eVehicle will be the key factor to be reviewed and monitored.

Technical Assistance on e-vehicle
With the COVID-19 situation, it was difficult to travel to Indonesia or invited personnel to
Korea. Even though the situation has improved, the business trend around the world has shifted
to on-line meetings and working remotely. For an efficient TA for e-Vehicle, developing an online training platform is planned for 2022.

Main Project: Bali E-Bike Service
The installation business will be located in Bali. Due to Bali’s tourism characteristics, CarbonNeutral Ride Hailing BM will be incorporated. The Project will be implemented with Bali local
government and MEMR Bali.
• Following the discussion with the Bali government, suitable location will be selected to implement a solar based e-bike.
• Expecting installation in August, test run in September(may vary due to scooter production and dispatch schedule)

For the successful implementation of the project, it is crucial to have the support from the
Indonesian government. An MOU with BAPPENAS and KEA will ensure the project’s efficient
progress. The basic terms of the MOU will be the following;
Demonstration Project for 2023
In 2023 for the Demonstration Project, it is planned to implement a Project in Bandung (IBEKA
training facility). It will be a small-scale test bed to demonstrate a new model of e-Vehicle
charging station with agricultural component
